Authentic details such as wooden beams, natural stone walls and a century-old fireplace have been preserved and, together with contemporary facilities, form an attractive and comfortable holiday home. The covered terrace has a seating area and a large dining table. There is a play area in the communal garden and the garden is fully fenced. The area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing and as a base for a variety of sites. A leisure lake is 10 km away. Major attractive destinations in the area include the chateaux and vineyards of the Loire, Futuroscope, Puy de Fou and Trois-Moutiers.
