In the extension of the owner’s house, this gîte comprises a large living room: a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with 1 bed 180 and 1 bed 120 and a shower room and separate WC. A private terrace overlooks the shared grounds. Heating available at extra cost. Indoor swimming pool available all year round (heated to 27°C from 1 June to 30 October) to share (swimming not supervised). Wooded exterior with the exceptional presence of the famous Motte des Trépeaux, a man-made mound (General Inventory of Cultural Heritage). Beadwork workshop on site with the possibility of training by the owner. 32 km from Center Parcs (day ticket for Aqua Mundo). Animals accepted with the owner’s agreement.
