On stage alone in a play by Georges Feydeau.
If you cheat on me, I cheat on you! From this phrase, Feydeau brilliantly sets up a hilarious game of dominoes around his favourite theme: adultery. Two young women vow to take a lover if their husbands cheat on them. Suitors, an eccentric Englishwoman, an Englishman from Marseille, and a couple whose wife is deaf as a post will bring a breath of madness to the bourgeois interiors that Feydeau is so fond of mocking.
Quiproquos and role reversals follow one another: in the end the women prevail leaving the turkey of the farce alone. A vaudeville classic.
